Naturally I was worried how the morning goodbyes would be with Ettie being so young but she would wave me off and grab Roxane’s hand to go and play. From the moment we engaged with Alex she put us at ease. Easy to tell she is a mum with her own little ones. The children both loved her and she brought activities, managed tea and bathtime and got them into bed by 7pm. Alex also provided lots of suggestions for local restaurants and things to see and very kindly did a supermarket run for us. Was great to be able to have a break and really enjoy the time knowing the kids were being so well cared for! Thank you Alex

Valerie is an amazing nanny. I was extremely nervous about being separated from my 6 month old baby but Valerie handled it so well. She was quickly able to build a relationship with both of my children and catered activities to both of them really well. She spent lots of time outdoors with them and was extremely capable. Both the children really enjoyed spending time with her and we were so grateful to have her as part of our family for a couple of weeks.

We were lucky enough to have Valerie as our children’s Nanny while on our ski holiday in January 2018. It can be daunting leaving your most prize assets in the hands of others, but as soon as I met Valerie I knew she was trustworthy. Our children loved her - as did we. Valerie has a very calming and honest nature, she is keen to take the children outdoors and nothing is a hassle. She would send pictures of the children enjoying their day and this in turn allowed us to really enjoy our time on the slopes. Thanks to Valerie we all got the most from our ski trip and I would strongly recommend her as a nanny.

Roxane is FANTASTIC! Kind, compassionate, professional, patient and warm, not to mention, brilliantly creative - arriving every day with different toys, crafts and activities to entertain and engage my two-year-old daughter who had THE BEST time. Roxanne took Harper-Leigh to do everything from sledging to building snowmen (and snow rabbits!), on walks to feed the horses, bus rides, train rides… the list goes on! Super communicative, Roxane’s English is amazing which I was very grateful for, and my daughter continues to speak a little French from her time in Samoens. From actively encouraging Harper-Leigh with her potty training, to being super flexible around my schedule and the residence in which we were staying, Rox exceeded expectation at every opportunity.
