Valerie took amazing care of my three children. She arrived every day with a bag full of toys to keep them entertained whether on the slopes or in the apartment. Valerie was especially brilliant with my 6 year old who has downs syndrome, as well as sensory issues. He struggles with new situations and new people, but bonded amazingly well with Valerie and was delighted to see her each day. Valerie was proactive, professional and flexible, absolutely everything you could want in a childcare professional, cannot recommend them highly enough. We will definitely book with them again next year. The peace of mind and freedom to enjoy our ski holiday was invaluable.

From the moment we engaged with Alex she put us at ease. Easy to tell she is a mum with her own little ones. The children both loved her and she brought activities, managed tea and bathtime and got them into bed by 7pm. Valerie is an amazing nanny. I was extremely nervous about being separated from my 6 month old baby but Valerie handled it so well. She was quickly able to build a relationship with both of my children and catered activities to both of them really well. She spent lots of time outdoors with them and was extremely capable. Both the children really enjoyed spending time with her and we were so grateful to have her as part of our family for a couple of weeks.

We were lucky enough to have Valerie as our children’s Nanny while on our ski holiday in January 2018. It can be daunting leaving your most prize assets in the hands of others, but as soon as I met Valerie I knew she was trustworthy. Our children loved her - as did we. Valerie has a very calming and honest nature, she is keen to take the children outdoors and nothing is a hassle. She would send pictures of the children enjoying their day and this in turn allowed us to really enjoy our time on the slopes. You never missed a trick in terms of ensuring a seamless routine and surpassed our expectations in terms of the activities that you organised for the children.
You really went above and beyond - bringing picnics, snow boots and sledges up the mountain after their lesson and then bringing it all back down the mountain with the children. The children clearly enjoy being with you and were always happy on our return. We really hope we will be able to book you for a third year running!
